1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Internet and Mobile Banking services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be a customer of Ameen Iraq Bank with an active account. Registration requires accurate information and a secure mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful banking transactions. The application may not be used in any way that may harm, disable, or interfere with others' use of it. Ameen Iraq Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of the terms.
The Services are provided by Ameen Iraq Bank ("the Bank") to allow you access to your account and perform financial transactions such as: balance inquiries, fund transfers, bill payments, and more.
4. Provided Services
Through the application, you can:
- View balances and statements
- Transfer funds (between your accounts, within the bank, locally, and internationally)
- Schedule transfers and payments
- Pay bills and recharge balances
- Create and scan QR codes
- Manage cards and service requests
5. Fund Transfers
Transfers are subject to limits set by the Bank and regulatory authorities. You are responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary information. The Bank is not liable for incorrect transfers. Scheduled transfers are executed based on your instructions.
6. Security
You must enable security features such as PIN, fingerprint, or one-time password (OTP). Immediately report any unauthorized use. The Bank is not liable for losses resulting from device loss or unlawful use.
7. Fees and Charges
Some transactions may incur fees according to the Bank's fee schedule. You will be informed in advance of any changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Bank is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Services may be disrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.
9. Amendments
The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities if required by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Iraqi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
12. Termination of Service
The Bank has the right to suspend or terminate service access at any time, especially in cases of unauthorized activity or breach of terms.

Before Performing a Transaction
- Transaction Authorization: By confirming the transaction, you authorize the Bank to execute it from the selected account.
- Irrevocability: Transactions cannot be reversed after execution unless allowed by law or the Bank's policy.
- Processing Time: Internal transfers are instant; external transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Fees: Some transactions may incur fees based on the fee schedule. Please verify before proceeding.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: Transactions may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected. Ensure accuracy of information.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary details. The Bank is not liable for errors.
- Compliance: All transactions must comply with local laws and anti-money laundering regulations.
